Villa Alegria is furnished to a high standard, with many thoughtful touches by the owner. There are five en suite bedrooms and for an additional charge there can be a further sixth bedroom on the lower level - the room is intended as a play room for children, but can be used as as additional bedroom if required. There is a delightful garden with several pleasant areas in which to relax, whether it's for barbecue meals on the covered terrace or soaking up the glorious sunshine. Quinta shopping and Buganvilla Plaza are walking distance – shops, bars, restaurants, disco, pharmacy and a supermarket are at your convenience.

Both bedrooms have their own private dressing area and access to their own balcony space.

Lower Ground Floor:
2 x sofa beds, en suite shower room.
Table tennis, table football, Satellite TV with internet connection, DVD, Playstation 3. Billiard table. Surround sound music. There is a small baby/toddler area (toys, games. mat).

Private 10m x 5m heatable swimming pool, BBQ, covered patio area with table/chairs for outdoor dining.
