Unit 1

2 double/twin bedrooms each with ensuite shower, ceiling fan and sea view

Unit 2
The upper unit of the villa is a modern studio (A/C, sea view, terrace access), it features an open space with 2 single beds (joinable) and a sofa bed (for additional 2 children if needed), a bathroom with shower and a separate kitchen. Outdoors there is a large veranda.

Unit 3
The main unit of the villa is located in the centre of the premises and consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joinable) and an ensuite bathroom (shower, A/C, sea view, terrace access), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with seating area (TV, A/C, fireplace).
(A separate staff room with private entrance from the back of this unit is used by the live-in staff member)

Unit 4 (pool level guest house)
The lower unit of the villa is a studio (sea view, terrace access) with twin joinable beds, a small seating area (TV, DVD, A/C, mini hifi) with a sofa bed (may accommodate a child), a kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE
Large patio with a pergola for shade, built in sofa, bbq with mini fridge, large marble dining table - good spot for dinner parties.
