The swimming pool has lawned areas leading to a rocky cove (take care with children, suggested over 12 year olds only.) Villa Besita is not recommended for young children (direct sea access at bottom of garden) and wide balcony railings.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to the galleried landing area affording magnificent sea views from the huge upper terrace.
Bedroom 4: Impressive Master double bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower, large living room with comfortable sofas, Plasma TV, owners interesting collection of books and direct access to the furnished upper sun terrace with fabulous sea views.

OUTSIDE
Pool 8 m x 4 m (depth 1.00m-2.00m), at the end of the garden is a path leading down to the sea. There are stairs/railings to get into the water.
