The lush private grounds offer shady corners, as well as sunny spots, to suit everyone’s idea of  relaxation. Dragging yourself away from all this will be hard but, should you fancy a change of scene, with just a 10-minute stroll you can be sitting at a pavement café, enjoying an authentic espresso surrounded by the buzzing atmosphere of Capri’s liveliest piazza. Narrow winding lanes lined with elegant boutiques, restaurants, ice cream parlours, wine bars and souvenir shops offer plenty of entertainment in the balmy summer evenings. Locals and tourists find scooters a great way to explore the island of Capri, easy to hire and to drive. During the day the enticing appeal of the blue-cobalt sea water will be hard to resist, so why not explore the dramatic coastline in search hidden coves and rocky beaches? You may even come across the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) but you will need to hire a boat to venture inside and be mesmerized by its shimmering blue reflections.

1.5 hectares of private, steeply terraced, mature grounds planted with fruit trees. Private, heatable, infinity pool (Roman steps, Jacuzzi area). Covered terrace, outdoor dining facilities and outdoor living area. Summer kitchen, BBQ. 100 steps (without railings) separate the main villa and the garden annex, with several seating areas along the way.
