There is a possible fifth bedroom (no a/c) on this level, available on request, best suited for a nanny.

Private 12m x 5m pool (depth: 1.2m - 1.7m; Roman steps; water feature; fence), sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, contemporary pool terrace. Ample parking. Pool fence can be provided on request (fee to fit it.)
