This is a modern, three-storey villa built in a traditional style, set 124 feet above sea level with stunning views of the Golfo di Policastro and the Cilento coast. The villa is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and each level is self-contained, making it ideal for larger groups wishing some privacy. Outside there is ample space for everyone to come together and enjoy the stunning sea views from one of the numerous terraces, lounge in the shade of a huge Mediterranean oak tree, soak up the sun by the infinity pool, or enjoy a meal on the rustic ‘taverna’ dining terrace.

Off the beaten tracks of mass tourism, the nearby village of Villammare provides a pleasant alternative to dining at home thanks to its selection of good quality restaurants and lively atmosphere. The 'marina' of Villammare is less than one mile away but the last strech of road leading to the villa is quite steep so a car is recommended. As an exclusive service for guests staying at this property, the local AVIS office can arrange one-way or return transfers from the airport to the villa. They can also deliver your rental car directly to your villa on arrival. Private skippered boat can be arranged on request for trips to Sapri, Palinuro, Porto Infreschi, Acquafredda, Scario or Maratea beaches.

The entire coast area offers plenty of opportunities for watersports, cycling, hiking trails, boat tours, as well as many interesting destinations for day trips such as Padula, Paestum, San Severino di Centola, Santa Maria di Castellabate or, a little futher afield, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ravello and Positano. Natural sites include the mermerizing Cascate di Venere waterfalls, the Grotte di Castelcivita caves and the Capo Palinuro sea caves.
